TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the terms and conditions set out below carefully before ordering any product or service from our website. Since services will be provided through online portal, it is important to set out the terms of the agreement clearly in advance. If you have any queries about us, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you wish to use our services, you affirm that you are more than 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties consequent to the creation of the documents, and are aware of the same.
The Terms, Policy and any other agreements between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India and it is agreed by the Parties and the party is legally bind toward the agreement.
1. 50% of the total cost of services shall be paid in advance as processing process along with the government fees for the particular service.
2. Remaining cost of the services apart from the processing fees and government fees paid at the time of purchase of service shall be paid in full within 7 days of completion of service, default in so, shall attract a penalty of Rs.100 per day from 7th day onwards.
3. The user agrees that we are not responsible for any harm that his/her use of this service may cause. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred in connection with any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, and expenses arising from or in connection with the contents or use of the service.
4. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from accidental or deliberate deletion, network or system outages, backup failure, file corruption, or any other reasons.
5. We does not represent or warrant that the service will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We may make improvements and/or changes to its features, functionality or service at any time.
6. We reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Agreement and to take any action deems appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
7. We reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of the Agreement, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to us and its features.
8. We may change the agreement at any time. The user will be responsible for checking the Terms and Conditions before use. Use of the service after the change will indicate acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
9. The Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties
